Sport Field Applications

Crumb rubber used as a turf dressing on natural grass and on artificial playing fields.  On natural grass athletic fields, use of this product reduces maintenance expense and player injury. On artificial playing fields it is used as a base material under the synthetic turf and restores the feel of natural grass to running and the behavior of the baseballs, soccer balls, and footballs as they bounce and roll on the surface.

 

 

 

 

Rubberized Asphalt

Asphalt Rubber or Rubberized Asphalt as it's sometimes referred to, is a process of blending crumb rubber produced from recycled waste tires into liquid asphalt cement to produce an extremely resilient high performance, modified binder that is used in the paving process. The hot mix asphalt that is produced with Asphalt Rubber binder creates a roadway that is significantly more durable, longer lasting, quieter and safer than roads paved with conventional asphalt.

 

 

 

 

Equestrian Arenas

Recycled waste tire chips provide an excellent surface that reduces damage to horses bones, joints, ligaments, and soft tissue. It is available in various natural shades and far less dust is produced during competition.

 

 

 

 

 

Playground Safety

Playground nuggets are a colorful clean alternative to traditional playground surfaces, it lasts much longer, holds its vibrant color and will not cause splinters, attract insects or animals and it will not stain children's clothing. Excellent for protecting our kids from playground accidents, this product is approved by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) when maintained at a 6" depth (compared to a minimum depth of 9" for wood mulches).
